A delicious unwooded white wine with enticingly fresh flavours of musk and sun ripened grapes that are kept in balance by a dry finish. This wine should be served chilled, ideally with chicken or fish and enjoyed when young and vibrant.

With aromas of musk, pineapple and honeydew melon on the nose and musk characters following through to the balanced palate.

Vinification Details

The Muscat of Alexandria grapes used to make this wine were grown in South Eastern Australia and harvested between mid February and mid March 2007. The wine was bottled soon after fermentation to retain freshness.
